We are committed to providing you with delicious treats and exceptional service. Please review our refund policy below:

Return Policy:

    • You can apply for the return with in 20 minute . from the time of order placed

Cancellation Policy:

    • Once orders are placed, they cannot be cancelled. We understand that sometimes plans change, but due to the perishable nature of our products and the efficiency of our baking process, cancellations are not accepted after an order has been confirmed.
    • We encourage you to double-check your order before finalising it to ensure accuracy. If you have any questions or concerns before placing your order, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Refunds:

    • In the unlikely event that an error occurs on our end, such as a mistake with your order or an issue with the quality of our products, we will be happy to offer you a full refund.
    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your request. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

    • Refunds are not available for orders cancelled after confirmation (see above).
    • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services.
